Public Grant Projects

Curetis has received public grant funding of over 1 million Euros to date. In 2009 Curetis received more than 500k Euros under a 2-year joint research and development grant with its partners at the University Clinic Tübingen and NMI. The goal of this project was to develop effective solutions for the diagnosis of infectious diseases. The grant was part of the Central Innovation Program (ZIM) for SMEs of the Ministry of Economy and Technology. Curetis has used the grant funding for the development of its Unyvero platform.

In 2011 Curetis and its partners Polytechnic of Schmalkalden and Contexo received further grant funding of 500k Euros under the ZIM Program. This joint R&D project focused on the optimization of mass manufacturing of consumables with biocompatible surfaces for innovative infectious disease diagnostics.
